73 Pa.C.S. § 5505

Prohibition

No street shall be laid out and opened through a burial ground or cemetery, nor through grounds occupied by a building used as a place for public worship or as a public or parochial school or educational or charitable institution or seminary, unless the consent of the owner of the premises is first secured.
