75 Pa.C.S. § 7112

False report of theft or conversion of vehicle

Known as the Vehicle Code

The act spans §§ 75–75 (898 sections).

A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if the person knowingly makes a false report of the theft or conversion of a vehicle to a police officer or to the department.
