R.I. Gen. Laws § 11-48-3

Penalty for violation

P.L. 1968, ch. 25, § 1; P.L. 1995, ch. 191, § 1.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both.
