Short title

Known as the Impersonation and Identity Fraud Act

The act spans §§ 11-49.1-1 to 11-49.1-5 (5 sections).

P.L. 2000, ch. 105, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Impersonation and Identity Fraud Act.”
