R.I. Gen. Laws § 11-67.1-16

Affirmative defense of victim

Known as the Uniform Act

An individual charged with prostitution or solicitation to commit a sexual act, committed as a direct result of being a victim, may assert an affirmative defense that the individual is a victim.
