Recall or reissue of governor’s warrant

Known as the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act

The act spans §§ 12-9-1 to 12-9-9 (37 sections).

The governor may recall his or her warrant of arrest or may issue another warrant whenever he or she deems it proper.
