Short title

Known as the Grant, Gift and Donation Acceptance and Expenditure Act

The act spans §§ 16-89-1 to 16-89-6 (6 sections).

This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Grant, Gift and Donation Acceptance and Expenditure Act of 2009.”
