Chapter controlling

Known as the Fiduciaries’ Emergency Act

The act spans §§ 18–18 (16 sections).

P.L. 1942, ch. 1140, § 6; G.L. 1956, § 18-3-16.

The provisions of this chapter shall be controlling, notwithstanding any rule of law or equity or any provisions of any other statute of this state.
