R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-37-5

Penalty for violation

P.L. 1973, ch. 26, § 1.

Upon conviction of a violation of this chapter, the violator shall be fined no less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisoned not exceeding one year, or both.
