R.I. Gen. Laws § 21-31-22

Publication of court orders, judgments and decrees — Dissemination of information

Known as the Rhode Island Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics Act

The act spans §§ 21–21 (24 sections).

P.L. 1959, ch. 56, § 1.

(a) The director of health may cause to be published from time to time reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have been rendered under this chapter, including the nature of the charge and its disposition.

(b) The director of health may also cause to be disseminated any information regarding food, drugs, devices, and cosmetics that the director of health deems necessary in the interest of public health and the protection of the consumer against fraud. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the director of health from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of the investigations of the director of health.
