R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-12.1-1

“Hemophilia” defined

P.L. 1977, ch. 209, § 1.

For purposes of this chapter, “Hemophilia” means a bleeding tendency resulting from a genetically determined deficiency of a clotting factor in the blood.
