R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-68-6

Registration of facilities

Known as the Tanning Facility Safety Standards Act

The act spans §§ 23–23 (8 sections).

(a) A tanning facility shall register annually with the department of health on forms provided by the department and shall pay to the department an annual registration fee established by the director for a license.

(b) The director of the department of health shall establish a registration fee schedule, by regulation, to cover the costs of implementing the provisions of this chapter, including the costs incurred by the director pursuant to the provisions of § 23-68-5.
