R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-7-11

Annexation by district

Known as the The Mosquito Abatement Act

The act spans §§ 23–23 (19 sections).

P.L. 1978, ch. 108, § 2; P.L. 1988, ch. 66, § 1.

Any city or town or subdivisions of any city or town may, if willing, be annexed by appropriate action to a mosquito abatement district.
