R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-7-13

Disconnection of territory from district

Known as the The Mosquito Abatement Act

The act spans §§ 23–23 (19 sections).

P.L. 1978, ch. 108, § 2.

Any town or city or subdivision of any city or town which lies within a mosquito abatement district may be disconnected, if willing, from a district upon the proper action by the council.
