Short title

Known as the Unauthorized Insurers Process Act

P.L. 1956, ch. 3725, § 6; G.L. 1956, § 27-16-3.

Sections 27-16-3 — 27-16-14 may be cited as the “Unauthorized Insurers Process Act.”
