R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-6-50

Pleadings and evidence at hearings

P.L. 1948, ch. 2088, § 16; G.L. 1956, § 27-6-50.

At any hearing before the commissioner, observance of formal rules of pleading or evidence shall not be required.
