R.I. Gen. Laws § 3-6-17

Penalties for violations

P.L. 1977, ch. 187, § 1.

A violation of any provision of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days.
