R.I. Gen. Laws § 30-2-7

Call of boards of officers

P.L. 1956, ch. 3742, par. 21; G.L. 1956, § 30-2-7.

The governor, whenever in his or her opinion it shall be necessary, may call boards of officers for settling military questions or for other purposes relative to good order and discipline.
