R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-14-11

Vehicles with solid rubber or cushion tires

P.L. 1950, ch. 2595, art. 25, § 6; G.L. 1956, § 31-14-11.

No person shall drive any vehicle equipped with solid rubber or cushion tires at a speed greater than a maximum of ten miles per hour (10 mph).
