R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-21-5

Unauthorized movement of vehicle into prohibited area

P.L. 1950, ch. 2595, art. 32, § 3; G.L. 1956, § 31-21-5.

No person shall move a vehicle not lawfully under his or her control into any prohibited area or away from a curb to a distance that is unlawful.
