Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Habitual Offender Act

The act spans §§ 31-40-1 to 31-40-9 (13 sections).

P.L. 1970, ch. 77, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Habitual Offender Act”.
