Chapter not retroactive

Known as the Uniform Simultaneous Death Act

The act spans §§ 33-2-1 to 33-2-9 (9 sections).

P.L. 1947, ch. 1871, § 5; G.L. 1956, § 33-2-6.

This chapter shall not apply to the distribution of the property of a person who has died before April 28, 1947.
