R.I. Gen. Laws § 34-36-1

Short title

Known as the Condominium Ownership Act

The act spans §§ 34-36-1 to 34-36-9 (41 sections).

P.L. 1963, ch. 181, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Condominium Ownership Act”.
