Short title

Known as the The Holders of Low and Moderate Income Housing Restrictions Act

The act spans §§ 34-39.1-1 to 34-39.1-6 (6 sections).

This act shall be known and may be cited as “The Holders of Low and Moderate Income Housing Restrictions Act”.
