R.I. Gen. Laws § 36-3-1

Short title

Known as the State Merit System Act

P.L. 1952, ch. 2975, § 2; G.L. 1956, § 36-3-1.

Chapters 3 and 4 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the “State Merit System Act.”
