R.I. Gen. Laws § 37-6.1-12

Severability

P.L. 1969, ch. 218, § 2.

The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any of its provisions are adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, this shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions.
