Importation certificate

No psittacine birds shall be shipped into Rhode Island unless a certificate of veterinary inspection accompanies the shipment of birds. The certificate of veterinary inspection must be compliant with rules and regulations governing the importation of domestic animals (250-RICR-40-05-1).
