R.I. Gen. Laws § 4-17-6

Penalty for violations

P.L. 1961, ch. 26, § 1.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred ($500) dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than one year.
