Short title

Known as the The Affordable Housing Opportunity Act

The act spans §§ 42-11.2-1 to 42-11.2-9 (16 sections).

P.L. 1988, ch. 579, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as “The Affordable Housing Opportunity Act of 1988.”
