R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-125-1

Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Greenways Act

The act spans §§ 42-125-1 to 42-125-9 (11 sections).

P.L. 1995, ch. 162, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Greenways Act of 1995.”
