Clean transportation programs

Known as the Rhode Island Energy Resources Act

The act spans §§ 42-140-1 to 42-140-9 (12 sections).

There is established a restricted receipt account within the general fund of the state, to be known as the “clean transportation programs”, to be administered by the office of energy resources. The purpose of the account is to receive and expend funds for clean transportation programs, including but not limited to electric vehicle rebate, electric bicycle rebate and other programs.
