Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Safeguarding Federalism in Trade Act

The act spans §§ 42-26.2-1 to 42-26.2-5 (5 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Safeguarding Federalism in Trade Act.”
