R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-59-1

Short title

Known as the Uniform Sales and Use Tax Administration Act

The act spans §§ 44–44 (10 sections).

P.L. 2001, ch. 172, § 1.

This chapter shall be known as and referred to as the “Uniform Sales and Use Tax Administration Act.”
