Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Septic System Maintenance Act

The act spans §§ 45–45 (6 sections).

P.L. 1987, ch. 335, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Septic System Maintenance Act of 1987”.
