Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Stormwater Management and Utility District Act

The act spans §§ 45–45 (4 sections).

P.L. 2002, ch. 329, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Stormwater Management and Utility District Act of 2002.”
