R.I. Gen. Laws § 46-8-7

Penalty for violations

P.L. 1955, ch. 3482, § 5; G.L. 1956, § 46-8-7.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall pay a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).
