Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Real Estate Appraiser Certification Act

The act spans §§ 5-20.7-1 to 5-20.7-9 (26 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Real Estate Appraiser Certification Act.”
