Appeal from a final decision or ruling of the division of professional regulation or the director of the department of health

Known as the Veterinary Practice Act

The act spans §§ 5-25-1 to 5-25-9 (19 sections).

Any person aggrieved by any final decision or ruling of the division or the director has a right to appeal as provided in chapter 35 of title 42.
