The board shall elect its own chairperson annually and shall meet at the call of the administrator, the chairperson, or upon the request of two (2) or more members of the board. A majority of seats filled shall constitute a quorum, one of whom must be a doctor of naturopathy. The board shall approve programs for continuing naturopathic education. Board members shall serve without compensation.
