R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-37-19

Blank prescriptions

P.L. 1971, ch. 185, § 1; P.L. 1999, ch. 110, § 1.

Any physician who signs a prescription in blank and delivers it to a patient or any other person except a duly licensed pharmacist shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars ($500).
