R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-49-19

Penalty for violations

P.L. 1973, ch. 243, § 1.

Violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
