R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-56.1-6

Expiration and renewal of licenses

P.L. 1966, ch. 273, § 1; P.L. 1996, ch. 291, § 1.

(a) A designer’s license shall be in effect for a period not to exceed three (3) years following the date of issuance.

(b) A license shall be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee and upon satisfactory completion of any continuing education required by the licensing authority.
