Short title

Known as the Rhode Island Chemical Dependency Professional Act

The act spans §§ 5–5 (16 sections).

P.L. 1994, ch. 117, § 1.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Rhode Island Chemical Dependency Professional Act.”
