Powers of regulatory agency

Known as the Professional Service Corporation Law

The act spans §§ 7–7 (12 sections).

Nothing contained in this chapter abolishes, repeals, modifies, restricts, or limits the powers of any state regulatory agency, to regulate the conduct of professional services pursuant to law.
