S.C. Code Ann. § 11-31-5

"State board" defined

2014 Act No. 121 (S.22), Pt VII, SECTION 20.D, eff July 1, 2015.

For the purposes of this chapter, "state board" means the governing body of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority.
