Definitions

1962 Code SECTION 1-400.1; 1961 (52) 570; 1981 Act No. 47, SECTION 1, eff May 5, 1981.

As used in this article, unless context requires otherwise:

(1) "Compact" means the Southern States Energy Compact;

(2) "Board" means the Southern States Energy Board.
