S.C. Code Ann. § 16-17-630

Exemption of solicitors of household or domestic employees

Known as the South Carolina Military Service Integrity and Preservation Act

The act spans §§ 16–16 (49 sections).

1962 Code SECTION 16-564.2; 1958 (50) 1928.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 16-17-610 it shall be lawful for any person to solicit without a license household or domestic employees for out-of-State employment.
