S.C. Code Ann. § 16-21-150

Admissibility of evidence of prior similar acts

1962 Code SECTION 46-150.95; 1957 (50) 595.

In a prosecution for a crime specified in this chapter evidence that the defendant has committed a prior act or acts of the same kind is admissible to prove criminal intent or knowledge.
