Abandonment of explosive materials

Known as the South Carolina Explosives Control Act

The act spans §§ 23–23 (17 sections).

1986 Act No. 480, SECTION 13.

It is unlawful to abandon explosive materials or blasting caps in any field, culvert, ditch, waterway, building, or quarry in the State.
