Housing Finance and Development Authority allocated state ceiling to issue bonds

Known as the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority Act

The act spans §§ 31–31 (27 sections).

1982 Act No. 283, SECTION 1; 1988 Act No. 538, SECTION 2; redesignated from SECTION 31-3-70 by 1992 Act No. 410, SECTION 3.

Pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Section 103A (g) (6) (A), the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority is allocated all of the state ceiling to issue qualified mortgage bonds.
